100 gr. faina, 300 ml. lapte, 2 oua, o lingura ulei de masline, un varf de cutit de sare, esenta de vanilie sau coaja de lamaie rasa ( dupa gustul fiecaruia )</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare :<br />
</strong><br />
Intr-un castron adanc de plastic se amesteca ouale cu laptele apoi se incorporeaza faina. Se adauga esenta de vanilie, sarea, lingura de ulei de masline ( se poate inlocui cu un cubulet de unt topit ) . Compozitia trebuie sa arate ca o smantana lichida. Se incinge o tigaie de teflon, se adauga putin ulei si se prajeste cate un polonic din compozitie, pe ambele parti. Clatitele se scot pe o farfurie intinsa. Dupa ce s-au racit eu le-am potrivit minunat cu <a href="http://aziamgatit.blogspot.com/2010/09/clatite-cu-dulceata-de-gutui-si.html" target="_self">dulceata</a> de gutui si inghetata de vanilie. <p><strong>Ingrediente:</strong></p>
<p>2 cartofi mari, 1 morcov mare, o ceapa, o bucatica de telina si 2-3 frunze, o ceasca suc de rosii, 15 gr. unt, 2,5 litri de apa, patrunjel, sare si piper dupa gust.<strong></strong></p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare</strong>:</p>
<p>Spalati legumele, curatati-le si puneti-le la fiert in 2,5 litri de apa. Dupa ce au fiert le scoateti si le caliti nu mai mult de 5 minute in unt. Apoi se paseaza cu furculita sau cu robotul de bucatarie si se amesteca cu supa in care au fiert. Pune-ti din nou supa pe foc, adaugati sucul de rosii, sare si piper dupa gust. Lasati-o sa dea cateva clocote si la sfarsit adaugati <a href="http://aziamgatit.blogspot.com/2010/09/supa-crema-de-legume.html" target="_blank">patrunjelul</a> tocat marunt. In farfurie se poate adauga o lingurita de ulei de masline si crutoane. Pofta buna!</p>

1 pahar iaurt, 400 gr. faina, 2 oua, 1 lingurita bicarbonat de sodiu, zeama de lamaie, sare.</p>
<p><strong>Preparare:</strong></p>
<p><strong></strong>Se bat ouale spuma si se amesteca cu iaurtul si putina sare. Se stinge bicarbonatul cu zeama de lamaie si se adauga peste compozitie. Se adauga treptat faina, se incorporeaza si apoi se framanta. Aluatul se imparte in 8 bucati si se intinde cu vergeaua. Scovergile se prajesc in ulei incins, pe ambele parti pana devin auri.</p>

<p>2 vinete, 2-3 linguri de ulei, o ceapa, sare</p>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<p>Vinetele se coc pe ochiul de la aragaz, pe o tabla incinsa sau pe gratar. Dupa ce s-au racit putin se curata de coaja si se lasa la scurs, pe tocatorul de lemn (aproximativ o ora). Se pot lasa sa se scurga si mai putin, dar zeama amara va ramane iar gustul nu va fi la fel de placut. Vinetele se toaca sau se dau la mixer, adaugand treptat uleiul, iar sarea la sfarsit.  Ceapa se toaca marut. Se poate incorpora in salata sau se poate adauga separat, in functie de gustul fiecaruia. Salata de vinete se serveste rece. Se potriveste de <a href="http://aziamgatit.blogspot.com/2010/08/salata-de-vinete-cu-ceapa.html" target="_blank">minune</a> cu rosii, telemea de oaie sau vaca. <p><strong></strong>Icrele se pun intr-un castron adanc de plastic, se adauga o lingurita de zeama de lamaie si se amesteca cu mixerul la viteza maxima. Uleiul se toarna putin cate putin in timp ce se amesteca. Aproape de sfarsit se poate adauga o lingura de apa minerala si putina zeama de lamaie. Se mai amesteca inca putin si salata este gata. Se poate servi cu ceapa si paine prajita, dar nu calda.<br />

<p><strong>Ingrediente (3 portii):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>200 gr. tagliatelle</li>
<li>3 ciocanele mari de pui</li>
<li>4 catei de usturoi</li>
<li>300 gr. spanac congelat</li>
<li>1 ceasca de supa de pui</li>
<li>1 dovlecel</li>
<li>250 gr. smantana pentru gatit</li>
<li>2-3 linguri ulei masline</li>
<li>10 gr. unt</li>
<li>parmezan ras</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Mod de preparare:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Am pus la fiert copanele, fara piele si dovleceii separat, pe care i-am lasat sa clocoteasca mai putin de 5 minute. Dupa ce a fiert carnea am scos-o, am taiat-o bucatele, iar in supa am pus jumatate de ceasca de apa rece pentru a se decanta.</li>
<li>Intr-o tigaie mare am incins uleiul si am calit usturoiul, apoi am adaugat carnea de pui. Am amestecat in continuu timp de 3-4 minute, dupa care am adaugat o ceasca de supa de pui. Am pus spanacul si dovleceii. Am lasat la foc mic si am amestecat din cand in cand pana spanacul s-a desfacut. Am adaugat smantana si condimentele si le-am mai lasat la foc mic inca 4-5 minute pentru incorporare.</li>
<li>Intre timp am fiert tagliatellele in apa cu sare, apoi le-am scurs si le-am amestecat in tigaie cu sosul.</li>
<li>In farfurie am adaugat parmezan ras si putin ulei de masline.</li>
<li>Dupa gustul <a href="http://aziamgatit.blogspot.com/2010/07/tagliatelle-cu-pui-si-spanac.html" target="_blank">meu</a>, mancarica aceasta s-ar potrivi bine bine cu o bere blonda.</li>
